Centered is a pilates, barre and suspension training studio serving the greater Charleston, West Virginia community. Our goal is to center the core of the whole person in mind, body and spirit, in order to bring forth new health and wholeness.

Every day at Centered, we encourage active living, healthy eating, and renewal of ones mind and spirit, which allows for full restoration to occur in each of our lives.
