Yoga's relaxing powers shine in the urban environment of Esplanade PVM! Sun salutations under the sun and warrior pose in the breeze will never have felt better than in the heart of downtown Montreal. Please bring your own mat along with any other equipment you might need: blocks, towel, water bottle, as there will be no equipment offered on site. Schedule: Sundays through Wednesdays NOTE: this activity is subject to weather conditions. In case of rain, it will be canceled.
